Physical And Health Education

Explore how Physical and Health Education helps pupils build active habits, stay healthy, and develop key life skills from Primary 1 to 5.

Aims

Through Physical Education, pupils acquire the knowledge, skills, right attitudes and values towards the pursuit of a lifelong physically active and healthy lifestyle. Pupils also learn to express themselves through movement and physical activity.

Through the knowledge and skills learnt in Health Education, pupils are empowered to take care of their health and the health of others and the environment. Pupils learn to practise good health habits and exercise socially responsible behaviour.
